Yes. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you choose to subscribe to a creator's premium tier.

Interior design projects, architectural plans, renovation walkthroughs, construction guides, lighting concepts, kitchen & bath designs, outdoor living spaces, DIY home improvement, and more.

Visit Discover → browse the feed, filter by category, or check out Featured Designers for hand-picked creators. You can also search by tags to find content matching specific styles or materials.

Visit a creator's profile page and choose a subscription tier. Tiers are available monthly or annually — annual plans typically offer a discount. You'll need a payment method on file.

Premium posts are blurred and locked until you subscribe. Once subscribed, all of that creator's premium content — past and future — becomes fully accessible for the duration of your subscription.

Yes, at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

Yes. Tap the bookmark icon on any post to save it. Find everything you've saved under Dashboard → Saved posts.

On a creator's profile page, tap the "Contact" button to send them a direct inquiry. Include your project type, location, and budget range so they can respond effectively.

Sign up and select a creator role (Designer, Architect, Builder, Contractor, or Trade Supplier). You'll immediately have access to the Creator Studio to upload content and set up subscription tiers.

Go to Creator Studio → Subscription Tiers to create a plan. You set the name, description, and price for both monthly and annual billing. The annual price typically represents a discount — Hau3Folio displays the savings percentage automatically.

When uploading a post, select "Premium" and choose which tier group the post belongs to. Any subscriber to any variant of that tier (monthly or annual) will be able to access it.

Payouts are processed through Stripe. Once Stripe is set up on your account, earnings are deposited to your bank on a standard payout schedule. Hau3Folio takes a platform fee on each transaction.

Absolutely. Marking a post as "Free" means anyone can read it — it's a great way to attract new followers and showcase your work before asking them to subscribe.

Creator Studio → Analytics shows your post view counts, like counts, follower count, and subscriber count. Use this to understand which content resonates most with your audience.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available in supported browsers.

Yes. Hau3Folio never stores card numbers or banking credentials. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard in the payments industry.

Stripe will retry the charge automatically. If payment cannot be collected after several attempts, your subscription will be paused and you'll receive an email to update your payment method.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year. You'll receive a reminder email before renewal. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

Go to Dashboard → Settings. You can update your full name, handle (@username), bio, avatar, and cover image from there.

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Deactivate account. Your profile is hidden immediately. You have 30 days to reactivate by logging back in. After 30 days your account and all data are permanently deleted.

During the 30-day grace period all your data is preserved and the account can be fully restored. Once the 30 days pass, all posts, profile data, subscription records, and personal information are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Yes. Go to Dashboard → My Posts, open a post, and use the delete option. Deleted posts are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is controlled by row-level security policies — no user can read another user's private data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
