Terms of Service

Hau3Folio is a digital platform that enables home designers, architects, builders, and related professionals (“Creators”) to showcase, distribute, and monetize design assets such as floor plans, renderings, and home concepts. The Platform also enables users (“Customers”) to discover, purchase, and engage with design content and services.

To use Hau3Folio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

Hau3Folio is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Creators retain ownership of all content they upload (“Content”), including:

• Design plans
• Renderings
• Images
• Documentation

By uploading content to Hau3Folio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
• Promote your content for marketing and discovery purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

Hau3Folio allows Creators to earn through:

• Subscriptions (monthly or annual)
• One-time purchases
• Licensing or content access

Platform Fee

Hau3Folio charges an 11.5% platform fee on revenue earned through the Platform. Stripe’s payment processing fees are covered by Hau3Folio out of that fee, not charged to you. Other charges may include:

• Currency conversion fees
• Applicable taxes

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

• Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for purchased content
• Creators receive payouts based on platform payout schedules
• Hau3Folio is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors

Refund policies may be defined by Creators unless otherwise specified by Hau3Folio.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Violate intellectual property laws
• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit the Platform

Hau3Folio reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

All Hau3Folio branding, platform design, and technology are owned by Hau3Folio. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce Platform features
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Use Hau3Folio branding without written permission

Hau3Folio acts solely as a platform connecting Creators and Customers. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of content
• Provide architectural, construction, or professional advice
• Assume responsibility for transactions between users

Use of content and services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access to the Platform

This may occur if you violate these Terms or at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hau3Folio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Issues arising from third-party services

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
